摘要
利用高频往复试验机对内燃机油减摩剂在不同温度下的减摩抗磨性能进行了考察,对试验结果进行了分析,对减摩剂的作用机理进行了探讨。对有机钼类、酰胺类和多元醇酯类减摩剂在内燃机油中的考察结果表明:在考察的条件下,有机钼减摩剂和长链脂肪酰胺、多元醇酯类无灰减摩剂均有较好的减摩能力;有机钼减摩剂有很好的抗磨能力;甘油酯类减摩剂也有一定的抗磨能力;酰胺类减摩剂未见有抗磨能力。
The performances of some friction modifiers at different temperatures in engine oils were investigated using the High - Frequency Reciprocating Rig (HFRR). The results were studied and the mechanism of the friction modifiers was discussed. The test results showed that the organic molybdenum friction modifiers, amides and polyol esters friction modifiers have good friction reducing ability under test conditions. The organic molybdenum friction modifiers and glyceride friction modifiers exhibit good anti - wear performance.
