摘要
本实验研究了不同碳源、氮源、温度、发酵时间、接种量、种龄、起始pH值等因素对枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)B1⑥发酵产多糖的影响,并对发酵影响因素进行了优化实验。结果表明,在发酵过程中,玉米和豆粕粉分别是最佳的碳源和氮源。无机盐的最佳水平为:磷酸二氢钾0.15%,磷酸二氢钠0.1%,MnSO4 0.1%、氯化钙0.2%。其他适宜的发酵条件是:发酵时间5天,接种5%,装液量100m1/300ml,起始pH为8.0。
The factors affecting of various carbon resources, arious nitrogen resources, the temperature, time of fermentation, the inoculation quantity, the seed age, initial pH, fermentation medium on Polysaccharide--producing of Bacillus subtilis B1 ⑥, The results showed that in the process of fermentation, corn and soybeans were the best source of carbon and nitrogen. The best level of salts were: KH2PO4 0.15%, NaH2PO40 1%, MnSO4 0. 1% and CaCl2 0.2% ; Other appropriate fermentation conditions were: fermentation time for five days, the inoculation quantity for 5% around 100ml in 300ml a botton and the initial pH for 8.0.
