茄子/番茄嫁接共生栽培效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了进一步开发茄子嫁接抗病增产的应用范围,以茄子为接穗,番茄为砧木进行嫁接,成活后地上部分除茄子枝干以外同时保留番茄的侧枝,得到既结茄子又结番茄的嫁接共生复合体。研究了茄子、番茄嫁接复合体的代表株型及其生长发育特性、茄子与番茄产量品质一级抗病情况。结果表明:采取茄子/番茄嫁接共生栽培这种方式能够获得茄子、番茄果实,且果实品质基本不变,并且还能发挥出抗病优势,共生体各株型处理的综合发病率都≤5%;三种株型处理中,株型Ⅱ植株生长发育状况最佳,茄子产量是对照的1.5倍,综合发病率仅为1.67%,要明显好于对照和其他两种株型。株型Ⅱ适于在实际生产中推广应用。 In the application of the grafted eggplant in disease-resistant and wigh yield production, with eggplant as scion and rootstock, the grafted union with eggplant trunks and tomato lateral branches could harvest both eggplant and tomatoes. The ideal plant type,growth, growth characteristics, yields of eggplant and tomato and disease-resistance of grafted union were studied.The results indicated that these complexes could grow eggplant fruits and tomato fruits which had the same quality as the common eggplant and tomatoes,and had the abilities of disease-resitance. Incidence rates of comprehensive disease among all kinds of eggplant/tomato graft union were≤5% .Three kinds of plant types as I, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were achieved by a series of plantadjusted methods. Plant type Ⅱ was the best in growth and development; eggplant yield was 1.5 times more than that of the control and incidence rate of comprehensive disease was just 1.67%, significantly better than control and the other two plant typies. Plant type Ⅱ was suitable for application and extension.
