摘要
本文运用特尔菲法建立森林旅游资源潜力的评价指标体系，并采用层次分析法确定评价指标的权重；制定各个指标的等级评价标准；提出森林旅游资源潜力评价的平均值加权求和法和二层模糊综合评价法。通过对５个评价对象的实际应用，表明该方法具有较强的实用性。
おhe evaluation for tour resource Potentiality of forest is the major premise for its exploitation,utilization,management and conservation.In the pater,the indices to evaluate the tour tesource potentiality of forest are selected,the weights for indices are determined by synthetically using AHP,and class standard of each index is put forward.furthermore,two methods to evaluate the potentiality are gone into detail.By applying them to five forest tour areas,it has been proved that the set of indices and methods are more concise,comprehensive and practical.
