摘要
工程预结算编制的合理性、可靠性及准确性将对工程项目产生重要影响,作为具体实施工程预结算工作的编制人员,要不断学习,提高业务能力和工作水平,以确保工程预结算编制的有效性。文章首先阐述加强工程预结算编制的重要性,然后详谈了要提高工程预结算的编制质量,从而达到控制工程造价的目的。
The rationality, stablity and accuracy of the planning of engineering budget and balance of accounts can cause a great influence to a project. To the planner, it is necessary to study continuously, to improve his occupational abilities and professional work, so as to ensure the efficiency of engineering budget and balance of accounts. This article firstly emphasizes the importance of the planning of engineering budget and balance of accounts, and then, discusses how to improve the quality of the planning so that the cost of a project can be controlled.
