摘要
本文对我国木莲属(Manglietia)5个种的核型进行了研究,结果表明除海南木莲(M.hainanensis)外,其余4个种,即乳源木莲(M.ynyuanensis)、毛桃木莲(M.moto)、灰水莲(M.glauca)和大果木莲(M.grandis)都有一对具随体染色体.5个种的核型公式为32m+4sm+2st(ZSAT),均为较对称的2B类型,该属种间差异主要表现在染色体的相对长度组成,即L、M2、M1的数量有所不同.
In this paper, the karyotypes of five species of Manglietia in Magnoliaceae were analysed. The result showed that the others have all a pair of satellite, including M. yuyuanensis, M. moto, M. glanca and M. grandis, except of M. hainanensis. The karyotype formula of five species are 32m+ 4sin + 2st (2SAT). The karyotypes of five species were found to have very symmetrical 2B type. The differences between species of Manglietia mainly showed in constitution of chromosomal relative length, e. i. the numbers of L, M2, M1 are not the same.
