摘要
目的观察疏血通注射液治疗进展性脑梗死的疗效和安全性。方法将74例患者随机分为两组,治疗组(n=38)静脉滴注疏血通注射液6mL。对照组(n=36)静脉滴注复方丹参注射液40mL,两组其余治疗相同,疗程15d。结果治疗组神经功能缺损评分减少明显优于对照组(P<0.01),血液流变学指标改善较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液治疗进展性脑梗死安全有效。
Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of Shuxuetong injection on progressive cerebral infarction. Methods 74 patients with progressive cerebral infarction were randomly injected Shuxuetong.Compound Danshen injection was venously dropped in the control group. Results There was significant difference in the improvement of hemorrheologic indexes between two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shuxuetong injection is effective and safe for the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction.
