摘要
为了解决PLC程序调试中存在的困难和问题,针对某机床厂的3MK207数控轴承内圆磨床,采用C#和.NET技术开发了一个半实物仿真系统。利用该系统,可以方便、快速、安全地验证PLC程序的正确性,并进一步调试和优化程序。实践证实,该仿真系统可以有效缩短开发周期,降低调试成本,提高控制系统的可靠性和安全性。
In order to solve the difficulties and problems in PLC programm debugging,an experimental platform of Hardware-in-the-loop Simulation is developed,using C# and .NET technology.The system can verify the correctness of PLC programm and further optimize. Practice has proved that the simulation system can effectively shorten the development cycle and reduce debugging costs, improve the reliability and security of the control system.
