摘要
通过熔融共混法制备了PVC/改性nano-CaCO3复合材料,并测试了复合材料的力学性能和转矩流变性能。结果表明:PVC/改性nano-CaCO3复合材料的力学性能比PVC/未改性nano-CaCO3均有所提高;PVC/改性nano-CaCO3复合材料在塑化过程中各阶段的扭矩及塑化时间比PVC/未改性nano-CaCO3均有所下降,其中超分散剂的改性效果最好。
PVC/ modified nano-CaCO3 composite was prepared by melting blending technology. The mechanical properties and torque rheological property of the composite were tested. The results show that: the mechanical properties of PVC/ modified nano-CaCO3 composite is better than that of PVC/ pure nano-CaCO3 composite; the torque and plasticizing time of PVC/modified nano-CaCO3 composite decreases compared to that of PVC/ pure nano-CaCO3 composite, wherein the modified effect of super dispersant is the best.
