摘要
研究了不同量缓释尿素基施对玉米叶片硝态氮、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量的影响:缓释尿素一次基施对玉米叶片硝态氮含量和可溶性糖的含量影响明显,但灌浆期不同处理间这种差异明显减弱。缓释尿素过量基施导致玉米叶片硝态氮和可溶性糖含量降低。缓释尿素一次基施促使玉米叶片可溶性蛋白含量在大喇叭口期和开花期有所升高。不同处理间玉米叶片可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖的含量的差异从大喇叭口期到灌浆期逐渐降低。
The slow -released urea as basal application, as a new mode of nitrogen fertilizer in corn production, may increase yield and save labor. This study was to research chlorophyll content, nitrate content, soluble protein content and soluble sugar content in corn leaves at booting, anthesis and filling stages under different rates of slowreleased urea as basal application. The nitrate and soluble sugar contents were significantly affected of slow -released urea as basal application, but the differences decreased obviously at filling stage. The condition of excessive slow - released urea as basal application induced the decrease of nitrate and soluble sugar contents. The soluble protein content was increased by applying slow -released urea at booting and anthesis stages. The differences among treatments in soluble protein and soluble sugar contents decreased gradually from booting stage to filling stage.
