血浆高敏C-反应蛋白和血清D-二聚体浓度与脑梗死体积的关系 被引量:5

Relationship Between the Concentrations of Serum High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein and Plasma D-Dimer and Volume of Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的:探讨脑梗死患者急性期血清高敏C-反应蛋白(ks-CRP)和血浆D-二聚体含量的变化及其与脑梗死体积的关系。方法:分别对94例脑梗死急性期患者和85例健康体检者血清ks—CRP、血浆D-二聚体含量进行测定,并分析两者与脑梗死体积的相关性。结果:脑梗死组血清Hs—CRP和血浆D-二聚体浓度均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);与中等梗死(5-10cm^3)和小梗死者(≤5cm3)相比,大梗死者(≥10cm3)血清ks-CRP和血浆D-二聚体水平显著增高(P〈0.05)。结论:检测血清ks—CRP和血浆D-二聚体水平有助于脑梗死的早期诊断和梗死体积的判断。 Objective: To investigate the changes of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and plasma D-dimer levels and their relationship with the volume of cerebral infarction in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Metthods: The levels of serum hs-CRP and plasma D-dimer in the cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈0. 05); as compared with the patients with moderate infarction (5-10 cm3) and small infarction (≤5 cm3 ), the levels of serum hs-CRP and plasma D-dimer in patients with large cerebral infarction (≥ 10 cm3 ) increased significantly (P 〈 0.05). Conelusions: Measuring the levels of serum hs-CRP and plasma D-dimer may contribute to the early diagnosis of cerebral infarction and the prediction of the volume of cerebral infarction.
