摘要
采用反复硅胶柱色谱、薄层色谱和半制备高效液相色谱等方法对灵芝子实体中的醇溶酸性组分进行分离纯化得到化合物1-3,通过UV-vis、ESI和1HNMR.对分离产物进行结构分析,结果表明:化合物1-3的紫外光谱的最大吸收波长分别为248 nm,254 nm,254 nm;ESI测定其相对分子质量分别500,514,530;1HNMR谱图符合三萜类化合物结构特征,化合物1-3为三萜类化合物。
Compounds 1 - 3 were isolated from of ethanol - soluble and acidic components (ESAC) from G. lucidum by repeated silica gel chromatograghy, thin -layer chromatography (TLC) and preparative HPLC. Structures of these compounds were identified by spectra of UV - vis,ESI and NMR. The result also indicated that molcular weight were 500, 514, 530 respectively. ^1HNMR spectrum fit that of triterpene structure. The result showed compound 1 - 3 were triterpene.
