摘要 为了适应大规模定制对连铸计划的新要求,提出了在板坯设计阶段固定板坯重量的策略,以减少过度追求生产柔性造成的高成本。建立了考虑工艺限制的区间值板坯设计模型,该模型是以最小化板坯数量和总盈余量为优化目标的多目标整数规划模型。结合问题的特点,采用模糊决策方法对多目标函数进行集成,提出了符合板坯设计的粒子群编码规则,并利用粒子群算法对模型进行了求解,最后通过实例验证了算法的可行性,并与该问题的下界进行比较,表明了算法的有效性和稳定性。 In order to adapt the continuous casting planning to the requirement of mass customization,fixed weight of slab strategy at the slab designing stage is proposed to reduce the cost resulted from excessive pursuit of the flexible production.A multi-objective integer programming model with interval value demands,which aims to minimizing the number of slab and the total surplus weight,is built considering restriction of process.The fuzzy decision approach is employed to integrate the multi-objective function,and particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to solve the model.Finally the feasibility of this algorithm is verified through the computational test;the stability and efficiency are demonstrated by comparison with the lower bound.
