摘要
目的 研究中药白英的化学成分。方法 用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法分离纯化,通过理化性质和。H-NMR、^13C-NMR等光谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果 从白英中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、N-反式-对羟基苯乙基阿魏酰胺(3)、槲皮素(4)、咖啡酸(5)。结论 化合物1~4为首次从白英中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Solanum lyratum Thunb. Methods The compounds were separated by repeated silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. The structures of isolated compounds were identified by analysis of their spectral data and chemical properties. Results Five compounds were isolated from Solanum lyratum Thunb. and their structures were identified as β-sitosterol(1), daucosterol (2), N-trans-p-hydroxy-phenethyl ferolamide(3), quercetin(4) and caffeic acid(5), respectively. Conclusion Compounds 1 -4 are isolated from Solanum lyraturn Thunb. for the first time.
