摘要
发展社会主义民主政治是我国政治体制改革的目标,人民当家作主是它的本质和核心,依法治国是它的基本要求,有限政府是它的应有之义。宪法作为我国的根本法,其法律精神和基本内容上都体现了我国社会主义民主政治的内涵和要求,为我国社会主义民主政治建设提供了最根本的法律保障。
China＇s reform on political system considers the development of socialist democratic politics as a goal, the s being the masters of country as nature and core, the rule of law as basic requirement and limited government integral part. The constitution, China＇ s fundamental law, reflects the connotation and demand of socialist democratic politics on both legal spirit and basic content. Thus, it provides fundamental guarantee on the law for the constrution of China＇ s socialist democratic politics.
