摘要
飞扬的煤尘不仅严重危害煤矿工人的健康,而且能产生爆炸,是煤矿生产的重大事故隐患之一。通过对尘流中尘粒间作用力的分析,得出干燥煤尘间主作用力是范德华力,湿润煤尘间主作用力是液体桥联力。分析了煤层注水中煤体的湿润特性,从粉体力学的角度阐明了煤层注水的降尘机理,即湿润煤尘间的液体桥联力促使尘粒凝聚变大,并迅速沉降。研究成果为煤层注水治理煤尘灾害提供了参考。
The flying dust not only seriously harms the safety of the workers' health, but also produces explosion, so it is a great potential danger in coal production. The analysis on the forces between dust particles in dust flow shows that the main acting force between dry coal dust is Van Dec Waals force and the liquid - bridging force between wet one is obtained. The wetness characteristics of coal body is analysed and the dust falling mechanism of water infusin in seam is described by powder mechanism, that is, the liquid - bridging force between wet coal dust agglomerates dust particles together, becomes larger particles and descents quickly. The research results provide basic theory for coal seam water infusion to control coal dust disaster.
