摘要
目前,对微生物多样性的研究越来越多地从传统的培养方法转向分子生物学方法,现代分子生物学技术的蓬勃发展解决了不可培养微生物研究的难题,使肠道微生物的研究进入了一个新的发展阶段,而肠道微生物总DNA的提取是整个分子生物学方法的关键。主要总结了前人提取土壤、植物、粪便、瘤胃和肠道微生物DNA的试验方法,介绍了微生物总DNA的纯化方法,为用于分子生物学研究的肠道微生物总DNA的提取提供依据。
Molecular biological techniques are available in the microbial community research field in recent years,molecular biological techniques were applied in micro-ecological research and resolved lots of difficulties for studying the microorganisms that couldn＇t be cultured.So the research work of intestine microbes gained a new phase and the key is to extract the genomic DNA.Some methods for DNA extraction from soil,plants,feces,rumen and intestine and also some purified methods were introduced in this paper
