摘要
对核桃皮酊剂进行毒性试验研究，结果表明：急性毒性试验无动物死亡，对健康的豚鼠完整皮肤及破损皮肤无刺激性和吸收毒性，不延缓破损皮肤的愈合，局部毛发生长，体重增加，血象、肝及肾功能均属正常，皮肤、肝及肾病理组织学检查无异常；对豚鼠不引起过敏反应。
An experimental study on the toxicity of Tinctura Juglans regia's skin wes carried out.The results revealed.No edema,irntation reaction or other toxic reaction was observed when tinetura of Juglans regia's skin was smeared on both intact and injuried skin of gkineapigs.During extensive examination of animals'body weight,numbers of RBC,WBC and ptatelet in blood,hepatic and rerial function and pathological anatomy.This drug did not cause hypersensitic reaction in guineapinge either.The results show that oit extract of tinctura juglans regia's skin is safe for clinicalextornal applications.
