摘要
描述了飞剪机定尺控制系统的组成,着重从飞剪机伺服电机的转速、刀刃的运行轨迹、工作制和运行方式三个方面详细介绍了飞剪机的控制技术。并通过建立飞剪机在同步区运动的数学模型,得到带材送进到同步区内任意位置时,飞剪机曲拐轴的相应转角和角速度。从而对飞剪机高速高精度定尺剪切的基本原理进行了初步探讨。
The composition of the cut-to-length control system of the flying shear has been introduced. The control technique of the flying shear has been put forward mainly from the rotating speed of servo motor,the running track of blade, and running mode.The mathematic model of flying shear in synchronous district has been established, from which the corresponding rotary angle and angle speed of crank shaft of flying shear has been gained when the band is fed into any place in synchronous district.Finally the principle of the flying shear of high speed and high precision has been discussed.
