摘要
唐王朝前期,由于隋末乱世的历史背景及官吏的致仕制度尚不完善等原因,相当一部分官吏年过七十而没有致仕。虽然他们中多数人为唐王朝的发展做出了不可磨灭的贡献,但也带来了不可忽视的负面影响。高龄职事官现象是唐前期职官管理制度的一大特色。
For the reasons of the historical background at the troubled time of Sui - dynasty and the imperfect system of retiremeut,etc, a considerable part of government officials didn't retire though they were over 70 years old. Although most of them in the development of Tang - Dynasty made indelible contributions, but has also brought about ignoredly negative effects. Therefore, the phenomenon of elderly officials is one of the characteristics of the Officials management system in the early period of Tang - Dynasty.
