摘要
为评估混合痔手术桥式皮瓣保留数量与肛门狭窄的关系，回顾性分析我院收治的1980例Ⅱ期以上混合痔手术患者临床资料。在术中记录皮瓣保留的情况，按50％以上、30％～50％、30％以下及环状缺损4组，手术后1个月、2个月、3个月分别门诊复查记录其情况，并做出统计。结果表明，皮瓣保留较多，肛门狭窄的几率明显下降；皮瓣保留较少则肛门狭窄的几率明显增加。皮瓣保留的数量与肛门狭窄的多少呈反比。
One thousand nine hundered and eighty patients with mixed hemorrhoids of over Ⅱ stage underwent surgical treatment in my hospital ,and the clinical data were retrospectively studied. According to the intraoperative recorded status of skin flap reservation,skin flap reservation was classified into 4 categories： reservation of more than 50%, reservation between 30%50%,reservation of less than 30% and no skin flap. And the status of anal stricture was recorded during postoperative follow up of the lst,2nd and 3rd monthes. Results showed that the more the skin flaps were reserved, the lower the occurrence rat of anal stricture became,and vice versa. It is concluded that the reserved number of bridged skin flaps is in inverse ratio to the occurrence of anal stricture.
