摘要
从生产发展、生活保障、乡风文明、村容环境、管理民主5个基本面出发,结合以人为本和区域农村实际,构建了区域新农村建设的评价体系,并将吉林省新农村建设进程同全国、山东省进行比较评价,揭示了吉林省新农村建设起点差距,进而提出当前吉林省新农村建设的主要任务。
This paper embarks from the five basic aspects： the production development, the social security, the local custom civilization, the village accommodations and environment, and the democratic management. It constructs a evaluation system for the regional constructions of the new countryside, combing the people - oriented and regional countryside＇s reality, and also compares and evaluates the process of the new countryside construction in Jilin province to the whole country and Shandong province. Then it reveals the starting point distance of the new countryside construction in Jilin province, and suggests the main task in the new countryside construction of Jilin province.
