摘要
目的了解荔浦县法定报告乙类传染病流行规律及变化趋势,为制定传染病预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法根据国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统提供的2007年年分析报表进行综合分析。结果2007年荔浦县法定报告乙类传染病共报告10种1308例,死亡46例,年发病率、死亡率、病死率分别为353.59/十万、12.44/十万、3.52%,与2006年相比分别上升4.76%、89.73%、81.12%。重点传染病艾滋病、肺结核发病率、病死率与2006年相比均有不同程度上升趋势。结论今后疾病预防控制重点是结核病、艾滋病等重点传染病的监测工作,应进一步加强宣传力度,加强结核病归口管理和艾滋病行为干预措施。
Objective To understand prevalence rule and change trend of the legal infection disease type B with the aim at providing evidence for developing the prevention and control of infection disease. Methods To analyze according to the annual report form provided by national disease surveillance and report system. Results for infection disease type B in Lipu 2007, 10 kinds, 1308 cases are reported, including 46 death, annual incidence, mortality, fatality rate are 353. 59/100000, 12. 44/100000, 3. 52% respectively. Compared with data of 2006, it shows rise 4. 76%, 89. 73%, 81.12% respectively. The incidence and fatality rate of the main infection disease, such as AIDS and pulmonary tuberculo- sis show increasing trend in different extend, comparing with 2006. Conclusion The keystone in prevention and control of infection disease are the surveillance of main ones, such as AIDS, pulmonary tuberculosis. It should enhance education, management of tuberculosis and behavior intervention for AIDS.
