摘要
随着我国高等教育事业的飞速发展,传统大学与政府之间的关系正在发生深刻的变革,并由此带来对传统大学拨款制度和模式的冲击。本文在检索国内外相关文献的基础上,从大学—政府间关系转型、大学拨款制度改革、大学绩效拨款制度等三个方面对相关研究进行评述。
The global transformation of the relationship between universities and governments has brought profound impact on the university funding system. Most of western countries have reformed their higher education funding system in order to respond this trend. Higher education theorists have also taken lots of researches on this topic. This paper summarizes those researches and tries to analyze the trend and potential of this topic.
