摘要
为了使HLA组织配到适应我国器官移植的高速进展，采用磁球技术和单抗试剂建立起可在1．5h完成HLA－Ⅰ、Ⅱ类抗原一步分型的新方法。研究证明，与传统的传统柱6hHLA分型方法相比，新方法具有简单快速的优势，可以替代传统技术。
In order to make HLA tissue matching adapt the rapid advance of organ transplantation in ourcountry,we used the tnagnetic bead technique and monoclonal antibody reagent to establish a new methodof typing HLA- Ⅰ, Ⅱ antigen in one step,and it just cost 1. 5 hours. This research has conformed that thisnew method is more rapid and convenient than the traditional method which types HLA antigen would cost6 hours in the traditional column. So the new method can replace the traditional one.
