摘要
论述了交联聚乙烯是以电缆专用的低密度聚乙烯为基础树脂,加入过氧化物体系,抗氧化物体系等,经特殊的工艺制成的电缆绝缘料。通过它与聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯物理性能比较,可以看出交联聚乙烯的电性能、机械性能优良。它的生产工艺分五种:过氧化物交联法、辐照交联法、硅烷交联法、紫外光交联法、盐交联法。目前,我国大多数电线电缆绝缘料的生产企业采用辐照交联法和硅烷交联法。在环保方面,随着人们对环保电线电缆的要求越来越迫切,交联聚乙烯绝缘料在电线电缆行业中更是具有不可取代的地位。
The XLPE is a cable insulation compound which manufactured by special technology with taking the low density polyethylene as the foundation resin and adding peroxide system and anti - oxide system, etc. By comparing the physical properties with polyethylene and polyvinyl - chloride, its electrical performance and mechanical property are excellent. The production technology for XLPE includes peroxide cross - linking method, radiation cross - linking method, silane cross - linking method, ultraviolet cross - linking method and salt cross - linking method. At present, the radiation cross - linking method and silane cross - linking method have been widely used in the factory at home. As people' request for environmental protection getting more and more urgently, the XLPE insulation compounds in the manufacture of wire and cable may be not substitute.
