摘要
[目的]探求贡柑常温保持果实品质的技术关键。[方法]研究乙烯利、活性炭在常温条件下对德庆贡柑采后生理和贮藏品质变化的影响。[结果]对照和乙烯利处理的贡柑在采后第3天同时出现乙烯释放速率和呼吸速率高峰,且乙烯利处理贡柑的乙烯释放速率高峰、二氧化碳释放速率高峰均比对照大;同期活性炭处理贡柑的乙烯释放速率、二氧化碳释放速率没有出现高峰,后期出现一弱高峰。乙烯利、活性炭处理和对照的生理指标和内含物含量的变化差异主要集中在贮藏前期,即乙烯和二氧化碳等生理指标变化差异在1~5d,TSS、总糖、可滴定酸等内含物含量变化差异在1~10 d,而风味品质变化在5~7 d。[结论]活性炭处理的果实品质较好,好果率、好蒂率显著高于对照和乙烯利处理。
[Objective] The aim was to search for the technical key of keeping fruit quality of tribute orange under room temperature.[Method] The effects of ethephon and active carbon on the changes of pot-harvest physiology and storage quality of Deqing tribute orange under room temperature were studied.[Result] The tribute oranges in CK and treatment by ethephon showed the peaks of ethephon releasing velocity and respiration velocity at the same time on the 3rd day after harvest and the peak values of ethephon and carbon dioxide releasing velocities of tribute oranges treated by ethephon were bigger than that in CK;that of tribute oranges treated by active carbon showed no peak in the same period and a weak peak in the anaphase.The change differences on physiological indices and inclusion contents in the treatments by ethephon and active carbon and CK mainly concentrated in the early storage period,i.e.that on physical indices such as ethylene and carbon dioxide were in 1st~5th day,that on inclusion contents such
as TSS,total sugar and titratable acid were in 1st~10th day and the changes on flavor and quality were in 5th~7th.[Conclusion] The fruit quality in the treatment by active carbon was better and its good fruit and pedicle rates were significantly higher than that in CK and the treatment by ethephon.
