摘要
详细叙述了C/C复合材料致密化制备技术及其在国内外的研究进展,分析评价了液相浸渍、传统化学气相渗透、改进传统化学气相渗透以及其它快速致密化技术的优缺点。液相浸渍工艺繁杂,需要多次反复浸渍。传统化学气相渗透工艺简单、易于操作,但周期过长,效率低。近年来出现的新型致密化工艺虽然大大缩短了制备周期,但大多只局限于实验室规模,存在着实用化和适应性问题。
Densification techniques and recent progresses at home and abroad of carbon/carbon composites are reviewed in detail. Merits and demerits of the liquid phase impregnation, traditional chemical vapor infiltration, improved chemical vapor infiltration and other new rapid densification techniques are analyzed and evaluated. The liquid phase impregnation technique is intricate, and needs to be repeated several times. The traditional chemical vapor infiltration technique is simple and easy to operate, but time-consuming and inefficient. Recently, processing cycles have been reduced obviously due to the appearance of new densification techniques, but most of them are only limited in the laboratory with problems of practicality and adaptability.
