摘要
热休克蛋白70(HSP70)是一种有高度保守性的应激蛋白,在抗缺血-再灌注损伤中发挥重要作用。近年来越来越多的心脏、肝脏、肾脏等器官移植,以及心脑血管重建技术的开展,缺血-再灌注损伤都是一个不可忽视的环节,调动内源性的[A2]保护机制减轻损伤,成为目前一种新的途径之一[A3]。现就HSP70分别在脑、心、肝、肾、肺及小肠缺血-再灌注损伤中的作用作一综述。
Heat shock protein 70 ( HSP70 ) is a highly conservative nature of the stress protein ,which plays an important role in ischemia-reperfusion injury. Recent years have seen increasing numbers of organ transplantations ( e. g. heart, liver and kidneys ) and vascular remodelling was carried out. The ischemia-reperfusion injury is an overlooked part of the management of these procedures. It is a new method of arousing endogenous mechanisms of protection to reduce damage. This article is a review of the effect of HSP70 in ischemia-reperfusion injury in places such as the brain, heart, liver, kidneys, lungs and intestines.
