摘要
目的针对老年患者后牙连续性食物嵌塞,采用铸造可摘夹板式食物防嵌器进行修复治疗。方法对2004年以来,门诊病例中46例老年后牙连续性食物嵌塞患者施行铸造可摘夹板式食物防嵌器设计,并做临床追踪随访。结果46例进行2年随访,43例防嵌器使用正常,较好地解决了食物嵌塞,3例防嵌器松动脱落,经重新制作,患者戴用情况良好,能很快适应。结论针对老年患者后牙连续性食物嵌塞,采用铸造可摘夹板式食物防嵌器可以取得良好的临床效果。
Objective To use the casting splint removable impactionproofer to treat geriatric continuous food impaction. Method The data of 46 outpatients with geriatric continuous food impaction from 2004 till the prsent treated with the casting splint removable impactionproofer and are reexamined after a period of time to see the effect. Result 43 cases were followed up for two years with satisfactory result, but in three cases the impactionproofer was looseness and abscission. In the cases with failure the impactionproofer were vamped up, and better results were accomplished. Conclusion The designed casting splint removable impactionproofer is effective prosthetic procedure for geriatric continuous food impaction.
