摘要
近几年来由于各种原因造成的医学本科生临床实习与考研之间的矛盾在全国各高校非常普遍，引起了医学院校教师的忧虑，但目前仍没有一个完美的解决方案。根据笔者亲身经历和体会就这个问题进行了总结和思考，并提出解决这一矛盾的有效途径和方法。
In recent years, conflict between medical undergraduates＇ clinical practice and postgraduate entrance examination has been very common throughout our country, which has aroused concern among teachers of medical colleges and universities. However, no good solution is available at present. In this paper, we summarize our personal experience and thinking on this issue and propose a possible solution to this conflict.
