Structure and Property of PBT/Halloysite Nano-tube Composite

摘要 采用熔融共混的方法,制备了聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)/埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)复合材料,并对PBT/HNTs复合材料的结构与性能进行了研究。结果表明,随着HNTs用量的增加,复合材料的拉伸性能、弯曲性能和维卡软化温度明显提高,但是缺口冲击强度有所降低。动态力学性能分析表明:HNTs的加入使得复合材料的储能模量上升,力学损耗降低。差示扫描量热分析表明:HNTs的加入提高了体系的结晶温度。扫描电镜结果显示:HNTs能够以纳米尺度均匀地分散于PBT基体中。 Poly (butylene terephthalate )( PBT)/halloysite nano-tubes (HNTs)composite was prepared by means of melt blending, and the structure and property of the composite were studied. The results showed the tensile properties, flexual properties and the Vicar softening temperatures of the composite increased remarkably with the increase of HNTs content, while the notched impact strength decreased somewhat. Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) showed with the increase of HNTs content, the storage moduli of the composite increased, while the mechanical losses of the composites decreased. The DSC showed the crystallization temperatures was risen by the loading of HNTs to the composite. The morphological observations suggested uniform dispersion and good interfacial bonding in the composites.
