摘要 细胞运动研究是研究细胞的重要组成部分。针对细胞运动图像序列,提出一种基于复合型Mean-Shift算法追踪细胞移动的方法,并就这一方法在追踪细胞移动过程中所涉及的问题进行分析,提出核心参数选择方案,并描述了图像预处理的过程。应用该算法对目标细胞进行追踪,以细胞运动轨迹图像序列方式来显示追踪效果,对每个目标细胞追踪十次来验证算法的正确性,结果表明平均追踪时间约为22s,追踪正确率为100%。 The research on cells' migration and tracking is one of the most important parts of cells study. This paper presented a new method based on the algorithm of Mean-shift to process an array of images for tracking the cells' migration. Technical analysis was conducted on major issues associated with the method applications and the guidelines for parameter selection and determination were summarized. Besides, the procedures for cell image preprocessing were illustrated. The accuracy was tested by tracing each goal cell ten times. Results showed that the tracking time was about 22s and the accuracy rate was 100%.
