碳四芳构化长周期运行反应规律的研究 被引量:2

摘要 碳四液化气在反应温度410℃,反应压力3.0 MPa,V(氢):V(油)=260:1,液体进料空速0.83 h^(-1)进行芳构化长周期运行,催化剂活性稳定,干气质量收率低于1.5%,气相产物质量收率在70%左右,液相产物质量收率在25%左右。气相产物是好的乙烯裂解原料,液相产物可作为高辛烷值汽油调和组分或芳烃抽提原料。 Under reaction temperature 410 ℃ aereaction pressure at 3.0 MPa, volume ratio of hydrogen/oil (V/V) of 260 : l, liquid feed space velocity of 0.83 h^-1, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) carries out aromatization for a long period. During the period, catalyst activity was stable, dry gas yield was less than 1.5 percent, gas phase product yield was around 70 percent and liquid phase product yield was around 25 percent. The gas phase product was a fine steam cracking feedstock, liquid phase product can be a blending component for high octane gasoline and aromatics extraction feedstock.
