摘要
文章对湖南省农村低保标准进行了专门探讨,首先概述湖南省低保标准的现状和影响因素,然后以湘潭市为例重点分析了湖南省低保标准制定的可借鉴方法,最后得出结论:湖南省应该制定一个发展型的农村低保标准。
This paper discusses the lowest insurance in rural areas of Hunan province. At first, it outlines the status quo of the lowest living insurance of Hunan province and the influence factors, and then proposes the ways of setting standards based on analysing Xiangtan City of Hunan province as an example. The final conclusion is that our province should make a developed standard of the lowest insurance in natal areas.
