摘要
建立强力脑心康口服液中原儿茶醛含量测定方法，控制强力脑心康口服液质量。采用高效液相色谱法，迪马C18为色谱柱，甲醇－1％冰醋酸（10：90）为流动相，流速为1mL·min^-1，检测波长280nm。原儿茶醛在0．07336-0．3668μg之间线性关系良好，r=0．9998，回收率为97．9％，RSD为1．1％。该方法操作简单，分离效果好，灵敏度高，可作为强力脑心康口服液的质量控制标准。
To establish a HPLC method for determination of Protocatechuic aldehyde in Qiangli Naoxinkang Mixture, With Dikma column C18, the mobile phase was methanol--1% ice alcohcl acid （10 ： 90）, the detection wavelength was 280nm. The Protocatechuic aldehyde sample showed a good relationship at the range of 0. 07336-0. 3668μg, r=0. 9998, the average recovery of add sample was 97.9%, RSD 1.1%, The method is sample and accurate, can be used as quality control standard of Qiangli Naoxinkang Mixture.
