摘要
基于有限元理论建立了DN200型金属波纹管的仿真模型。通过计算获得了波纹管的模态等固有特性参数。在单点激励的载荷作用下,计算了两种波纹管在时域和频域内的瞬态动力学响应。对DN200金属波纹管进行了振动特性试验,测量了波纹管的固有模态、机械阻抗等各项动态特性参数。试验的机械阻抗参数符合挠性元件机械阻抗的变化规律。试验数据验证了仿真计算的可靠性和准确性。
The finite element model of DN200 type metal bellow was set up, based on the finite element theory. The inherent property parameters were obtained from the modal analysis on the metal bellow model. Under the single-point excitation, the transient dynamic response curves in time domain and frequency-domain were calculated. The dynamic experiment of the bellow was carried out,and the inherent properties and mechanical impedances were measured. The test results accord with the impedance change rules of flexible parts, The simulation reliability is verified, compared with the experimental results. The numerical simulation and the experimental research methods have some directive significance on bellow design and product development.
