摘要 runx-2基因在牙的发育过程中发挥重要调控作用。下面就runx-2基因的结构特征及其在牙胚细胞的分化、牙体组织的形成和牙髓干细胞定向分化中所起作用作一综述。 Recent studies revealed unique functions for runx-2 in the differentiation of pluripotent mesenchymal cells into osteoblasts. This review provides the lately research advance about the structure of runx-2 gene, and the striking role of it during tooth development.
