摘要
应用有限元程序ABAQUS,对某大型抽水蓄能电站充水保压蜗壳结构进行了三维接触非线性有限元分析.通过模拟实际施工的全过程,给出了充水保压蜗壳结构各时期的应力分布规律和变形情况,并与传统简化算法进行了比较.结果表明,仿真方法能较好地模拟结构充水保压的过程,计算结果准确合理,而传统的常规简化算法偏不安全,计算结果相对于仿真算法有较大的误差,对于充水保压蜗壳结构最好采用仿真算法.
In combination with practice of a large pumped storage power station, a three-dimensional contact nonlinear finite element analysis (FEA) on preloading filling spiral case was carried out by means of well-known finite element analysis software—ABAQUS. By simulating really all courses of its construction and operation, the distributions of stresses and displacements of the preloading filling spiral case structure in each period are obtained. The results indicate that compared with the simulating method, the simplified method of tradition leans to be insecure and the relative error between them is big. As to preloading filling spiral case structure, the simulating method is better to be adopted.
