摘要
本文作者对肉用仔鸡自然感染大肠杆菌而引发急性大肠杆菌病的临床症状、病理剖检及病理组织学变化作了详细的观察与描述。结果表明:临床上以腹泻、急性死亡为特征,病率上以心包炎、气囊炎、肝周炎以及实质器官肿胀、变性、坏死、出血为特征。为大肠杆菌病的进一步研究和诊断提供理论依据。
Colibacillosis in chickens is a infections disease caused by E. coli. Recently,this dis-ease has high incidence and becomes one of the main bacterial infections diseases. The authors in this paper gave a min-ute observation on clinical symptoms and necropsy and histopathology of natural infections Cplibacillosis in broilers. The results will provide theoretical basis for the further study and biagnosis of colibacillosis.
