摘要
在现代高校和科研单位的技术创新和教学活动中，制度创新尤为重要。而学科馆员制度就是高校和科研单位图书馆制度创新的一个典型代表。学科馆员制度在国外已实施多年，但在国内仍是一个需要大力扶持与完善的新生事物。要解决“学者对图书馆文献和信息的未利用”与“学者对学术文献和学术信息的追求”之间的矛盾，“学科馆员”制度是最佳方法之一。
