摘要
通过对防洪保护对象、防洪工程体系、堤防、水库和蓄滞洪区的防洪标准问题进行分析,并运用实例论证了水文情势和洪水归槽对防洪标准的影响,提出了修订防洪标准和复核防洪能力的建议。
In this paper the author states classification and descriptive way of flood control standard, puts the emphasis on explaining the formulation of flood control standards of flood protective areas, flood control works system, embankment and reservoir etc., then gives some examples to analyze impact of hydrological regime and flood regression. Finally proposals on modification of flood control standard and verification of flood prevention capacity are presented.
