摘要
本文针对某公司XTK27300大型龙门机床横梁结构部件设计,采用有限元分析软件COSMOSWorks特有的Bonded(结合)、Free(自由)和No penetration(无穿透)三种结合面处理方式,合理定义横梁部件中各零件间结合面,然后对横梁部件的静刚度变形进行分析,分析结果与该公司估算结果相吻合,并对横梁部件设计中存在的问题提出了合理建议,为类似大型机床横梁部件设计可提供借鉴。
The paper combines with design of XTK27300 large-scale gantry machine tool,adopts the three handling joint surface means-Bonded,Free and No penetration that CAE software COSMOSWorks specifically owns,to correctly define the joint surface between parts in beam assembly,and then analyzes the static stiffness of beam assembly.Result of analysis approximates to the designer estimating result,the rational suggestion is provided for problems that exist in the design of beam assembly.Study of the paper can provide reference for similar large-scale machine tool design.
