摘要
目的确定羌活挥发油的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以挥发油提取量为考察指标,筛选水蒸汽蒸馏法的各项最佳条件。结果加8倍量水,浸泡1.5h,提取6h最佳。结论提取条件易于控制,为生产提供理论依据。
Objective To establish the extraction technology of volatile oil from Notopterygium. Methods The othogonal test was employed to test the effects among volume of adding volume of water, time of immersion and time of extraction on the contents of volatile oil and optimize the extraction technology by orthogonal test. Results The best conditions for the extraction was 8 times the volume of water increases, Immersion 1.5 h and 6 h extraction. Conclusion Extraction conditions can be controlled easily, and provide a theoretical basis for the production.
