摘要
通过几十年的临床实践,从中西医两方面对男性不育症的病因、诊断和治疗进行了比较详细的论述,并根据临床体会,提出详细询问病史、仔细进行体格检查、结合中医五型辨证综合进行辨证施治,充分体现中医药治疗本病的优势,以提高治疗效果。
Based on decades of clinical practice,the etiology,diagnosis and treatment of male infertility are detailedly illustrated through the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.According to the clinical experience,it is put forward that comprehensive diagnosis and treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs,which includ a detailed inquiry for medical history,careful somatoscopy and five types of differentiation by traditional Chinese medicine,can fully reflect the dominance of traditional Chinese treatment for this disease and improve the efficacy.
