Comparison of Analytic Method and Finite Element Method in Calculation of Torsional Vibration of Mill's Main Drive System

摘要 以某1450粗轧机主传动系统为研究对象,运用Matlab和MSC.Marc软件分别用解析法和有限元法进行计算,求解出系统的固有频率、振型、放大倍数等重要参数,并将计算结果作对比分析.结果表明,采用解析法和有限元法计算主传动系统的扭振特性都是行之有效的,但有限元法对硬件需求较高,花费的时间较长. The main drive system of a 1450 rough mill is studied with analytic method and finite element method with MATLAB and MSC. Marc software respectively. After its natural frequency, principal vibration pattern and magnification are obtained, the results from the two methods are compared and analyzed. Results show that both the analytic method and finite element method are effective in the calculation of torsional vibration of mill' s main drive system, but finite element method requires high hardware conditions and takes longer time.
