腰大池引流术治疗蛛网膜下腔出血临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨腰大池引流治疗蛛网膜下腔出血的价值。方法对30例经头颅CT确诊的蛛网膜下腔出血进行腰大池引流术及常规治疗并做对照分析。结果治疗组较对照组积血清除时间明显缩短,脑积水发生率明显减少,总有效率明显提高,病死率下降。结论蛛网膜下腔出血采用腰大池引流术治疗,措施积极,方法简单、安全,疗效显著,可快速消除SAH患者的头痛,减轻脑血管痉挛,对脑积水有较好的治疗及预防作用。
