前列安通片联合盐酸特拉唑嗪治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 慢性非细菌性前列腺炎（CNP），又称慢性盆腔疼痛综合征（CPPS），是前列腺炎最常见的一种，临床上约占所有慢性前列腺炎的90％-95％。临床表现以盆腔疼痛和排尿异常为主，治疗上多采用α-受体阻滞剂、非甾体抗炎镇痛药、植物制剂和M-受体阻滞剂等。为了探讨前列安通片联合α-受体阻滞剂缓解CNP／CPPS患者盆腔疼痛和改善排尿异常的效果，笔者于2007年5月-2008年2月进行了随机、对照临床试验。
