摘要
采用陶瓷工艺,制备了钙钛矿结构的(SrxBa1-x)TiO3粉料。利用溶胶凝胶技术合成的BSiPb玻璃对(SrxBa1-x)TiO3进行掺杂。所制备的材料具有非线性VI特性,非线性系数在3~4之间,当x≤0.33时,其V1mA值低于20Vmm-1;x≥0.40时,V1mA值急剧上升。材料制备不需要经过氧化还原两步工艺过程,对于工业生产具有重要意义。
Perovskite structure (Sr_xBa_1-x)TiO_3 powder was prepared by ceramics process.BSiPb glass synthesized by solgel technology was doped in (Sr_xBa_1-x)TiO3 powder.The material obtained in this way acts as varistors with nonlinear coefficient of 3~4.When x≤033,V1mA value of the material is less than 20 V·mm-1.And the value promptly increases with x as x≥040.It is important in industry production because the reductionoxidation process can be avoided in the preparation of the material.
