摘要
研究了脱铝超稳Y催化己酸与烯丙醇直接酯化反应，考察了催化剂硅铝比，催化剂用量，反应物配比，反应时间及脱水剂对酯化反应的影响。结果表明，在最适宜的反应条件下，酯化率在97％以上。该催化剂亦能用于丁酸、乙酸与烯丙醇以及己酸与异丙醇的酯化反应。
In this paper,the direct esterification of hexoic acid and allyl alcohol by using dealuminated USY as catalyst was studied. The influence of silica/alumina in the catalyst,catalyst amount ,reactant ratio,reaction time and the dehydrating agent on this reaction was investigated. The results indicated that the esterified yield was above 97% under the appropriate reaction conditions. The catalyst could also be used to catalyze esterification of acetic acid and hexoic acid with isopropyl alcohol and hexoic acid with isopropylalcohol.
